We currently ship to customers in Europe, the United States, and Canada.

All products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–5 business days (up to 7 business days)

  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


5. Tracking Information

Tracking is available for most orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when applicable.


6. Customs & Import Duties

We aim to fulfill orders from facilities within your region whenever possible.
However, in rare cases where international shipping is required, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by a third-party provider.
While we do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failure to claim the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.


10. Print-on-Demand Products

All items are made to order.
Because of this, production begins shortly after purchase and orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has started.
